The Happy Valley Family Health Team is a dynamic team of professionals including 11 Family Physicians, Dietitian, Pharmacist, Mental Health workers, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and administrative support.
MSW or RP – FULL TIME 5 DAYS PER WEEK MONDAY-FRIDAY WITH 1 EVENING SHIFT
The role will involve providing mental health services for patients including individuals, couples, and families, as well as system navigation.
5 years of experience in providing therapy is an asset.
