This 1-hour virtual workshop with our Registered Dietitian happens on the second Friday of every month from 12:00-1:00 pm.
You will learn about a new nutrition topic each month. You can register for as many, or as few, as you are interested in.

January 10, 2024: Ozempic & Your Diet
You will learn how your diet can support your Ozempic goals, and which nutrients are most important when taking Ozempic. We will also talk about recipe ideas to get more of those important nutrients.
