Lunch & Learn Workshop
Join us for this 6 week lunch & learn workshop series where we will focus on healthy ways to manage stress. We will discuss techniques that you can incorporate into your day to day life.
This workshop will take place over Zoom
Week #1 – Understanding Stress and Self-Care.
Week #2 – Happiness, Self-Compassion and Gratitude.
Week #3 – Mindfulness and Relaxation Strategies.
Week #4 – Intro to CBT and Sleep Hygiene.
Week #5 – Distress Tolerance and Setting Boundaries.
Week #6 – Goal Setting and Accessing Free Resources.
This group is free and open to anyone in Ontario age 14 and up.
