Pharmacist Services

Our pharmacist works closely with all other health care professionals within the team to help ensure optimal medication management. Key services provided include:

  • Patient education regarding medication use
  • Individual medication reviews
  • Monitoring anticoagulation for patients taking Coumadin (Warfarin)

As a certified diabetes educator, our pharmacist is available to help patients learn about their diabetes, how to manage it, and to assist with medication/insulin use.

Patients can request an appointment for general questions relating to their prescription medications.

Appointments can be made with our pharmacist by contacting 519-284-3450 ext 3100.

We are located in the ‘Tradition Mutual Centre for Wellness’ at the north side of the ‘St Marys Memorial Hospital’ – NOT the emergency department side.
