Pharmacist Services

Description:

Our pharmacist works closely with all other health care professionals within the team to help ensure optimal medication management. Key services provided include:

  • Patient education regarding medication use
  • Individual medication reviews
  • Monitoring anticoagulation for patients taking Coumadin (Warfarin)

As a certified diabetes educator, our pharmacist is available to help patients learn about their diabetes, how to manage it, and to assist with medication/insulin use.

Patients can request an appointment for general questions relating to their prescription medications.

We are located in the ‘Tradition Mutual Centre for Wellness’ at the north side of the ‘St Marys Memorial Hospital’ – NOT the emergency department side.
