Our pharmacist works closely with all other health care professionals within the team to help ensure optimal medication management. Key services provided include:
- Patient education regarding medication use
- Individual medication reviews
- Monitoring anticoagulation for patients taking Coumadin (Warfarin)
As a certified diabetes educator, our pharmacist is available to help patients learn about their diabetes, how to manage it, and to assist with medication/insulin use.
