The Happy Valley Family Health Team has created a strong partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association Huron Perth Addiction and Mental Health Services and has an addictions counsellor on site one day a week to provide the following services to individuals and families:
- Information
- Support
- One-to-one counselling
- Family counselling
- Referral to treatment services best suited for your needs
